This Privacy Policy explains how our Cloud Storage & File Management platform collects, uses, and protects your information when you connect and use our application to interact with Google Drive and cloud storage services.

2. Google User Data & Google Drive Access

Our application integrates with Google Drive APIs to allow users to securely upload, organize, and manage files in their connected Google Drive accounts. When you authenticate using Google OAuth, our application requests access to:

• Google Drive Files (`https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive`): Used exclusively to upload, stream, and manage user-selected files into user-designated storage folders.
• User Email & Profile Info (`userinfo.email`, `userinfo.profile`): Used only to identify connected accounts and display storage quota balances inside the admin dashboard.

3. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance (Limited Use)

Our application adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:

• We do NOT share, sell, or disclose your Google user data or files to any third parties or advertising networks.
• We do NOT use Google user data to develop, train, or improve generalized Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML) models.
• We only use your Google Drive access to execute file storage, transfer, and management functions explicitly initiated by you.
• Authentication tokens are stored encrypted and used solely for scheduled file transfers and quota balancing.

4. Data Security & Storage

All communication between your browser, our application, and Google API servers is secured using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS). Authentication tokens are securely encrypted. Users may revoke application access at any time via their Google Account Security Settings.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You have complete control over your connected accounts and data. Disconnecting a Google Drive account from the application dashboard permanently removes all associated OAuth tokens from our database immediately.
